The manufacturing sector in Thailand was roughly unchanged in September, the latest survey from Nikkei revealed on Monday with a manufacturing PMI score of 50.0.
That’s up from 49.9 in August, and it moves right on the boom-or-bust line of 50 that separates expansion from contraction.
Individually, new orders were up but output continued to decline. Export sales rose marginally.
Also, deflationary pressures were seen last month.
